Rivers Reach II

Built along the Yukon River, the Rivers Reach II Condominiums represent a significant addition of residential units to the City of Whitehorse. The 78,000sq ft project was comprised of two residential towers, with a total of 44 units in a mix of 1- & 2- bedroom units, clad in high end finishes, along with a 44-stall underground parkade.
Due to the environmental sensitivity of the site and proximity to the high-water table of the Yukon River, construction of the foundations and parkade were completed during the winter months to minimize de-watering and environmental disturbance.
